- How to record a tenant's payment (cash, GCash, Maya or bank) — Record rent or utility payments in BoardHub. Pick the tenant, tick the months being paid, enter the amount and method, and bills update on their own.
- How to approve a tenant's GCash or Maya payment proof — Tenants send GCash, Maya or bank payment proof from the Tenant Portal. Review the screenshot under Payments, For Approval, then approve or reject it.
- How partial payments work in BoardHub — When a tenant pays only part of what they owe, BoardHub applies it to the oldest bill first, marks it Partially Paid and keeps the balance on record.
