- Lock BoardHub with a PIN, fingerprint or Face ID — Turn on app lock so BoardHub asks for your PIN, fingerprint or Face ID when you come back. Keeps tenant details private if someone picks up your phone.
- Turn on two-step verification with an authenticator app — Protect your BoardHub sign-in with a 6-digit code from Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator, plus recovery codes in case you lose your phone.
- Forgot your BoardHub password? Reset it by email — Request a password reset link from the sign-in page, then choose a new password. The link works for 1 hour and also unlocks a locked account.
- Change your password, name, phone or profile photo — Update your name, phone, address and profile photo, or change your password from My Account. Here's how, and what to do if you need a new email.
