BoardHub

Reminders & messaging

Remind tenants who owe, chat with tenants and post announcements.

How to send payment reminders to tenants who owe — Remind overdue tenants in a few taps from Tenants > Who Owes, or just ask BoardHub AI. Each tenant gets a portal notification and an email.
Automatic alerts for bills that are due soon or overdue — BoardHub checks your bills every day and alerts you when one is due within 3 days or already overdue, so no late payment slips past you.
Chat with a tenant inside BoardHub (Messages) — Message any active tenant one-to-one from the Messages page, send photos or short videos, and keep every conversation in one place. A Pro feature.
Post an announcement to all your tenants — Put a banner at the top of every tenant's portal for brownouts, water interruptions or rent reminders. Turn it on or off with one switch.
Choose which BoardHub alerts reach you by email or push — Turn email and push alerts on or off for tenant payments, repair requests, reservations and unread messages, and enable push on your phone.
