Set up GCash, Maya and bank details for tenants
Add your GCash or Maya number and QR code, bank account and other payment options so tenants see exactly where to pay when they send payment proof.

Tell your tenants how to pay you once, and the details appear in their Tenant Portal every time they submit a payment, including your QR code to scan.
Step by step
- Open My Account (sidebar), or on a phone tap More, then My Account.
- Scroll to How tenants pay you, under Payment Method Configuration.
- Open GCash and switch on Show GCash option to tenants. Enter the Account Name and GCash Number, and upload your QR Code Image.
- Do the same for Maya if you use it.
- For Bank Transfer, add the Bank Name, Account Name, Account Number and optional instructions.
- Optional: turn on Check or Other (for example Palawan or remittance) with instructions.
- Tap Save Changes.

What happens next
Each method you switch on shows an Active tag. When a tenant taps Submit a Payment in their portal and picks GCash, Maya or Bank Transfer, they see your details with copy buttons and your QR code, which they can tap to enlarge and scan.
Tips
- Double-check the number and account name. A typo sends rent to someone else.
- Use the instructions box for house rules, such as "Send the screenshot after paying".
- Switching a method off hides it from tenants straight away.
Tip: When proofs come in, review them under Payments, then For Approval.
Frequently asked questions
Does BoardHub hold the money?
No. Tenants pay straight to your own GCash, Maya or bank account. BoardHub only shows them your details and records the payment.
Can tenants still choose Cash?
Yes. Cash is always available in the portal. The other methods appear only when you switch them on.
