Repairs
Track maintenance requests from tenants from reported to fixed.
- How tenants report a repair from the tenant portal — Tenants send repair requests from the Maintenance tab of their portal with a title, details, category and priority. You get alerted right away.
- Track and update repair requests from your tenants — See every repair request in one list, filter by status or priority, open a request, add a note and update its status. Your tenant is notified.
- What repair statuses mean and how to use landlord notes — Pending, In Progress, Resolved or Cancelled: what each repair status means, when to use it, and how your notes keep tenants in the loop.
- Record what a repair cost so it shows in your reports — After fixing something, add the plumber, electrician or parts cost as a maintenance expense so your net income and reports stay accurate.
