Log expenses and see collection, income and occupancy reports.
- Record an expense and see your net income for the month — Log electricity, repairs, supplies and other costs in BoardHub. The Expenses page shows the month's revenue, total expenses and net income.
- See your monthly and yearly income report — Generate a Monthly or Yearly Income report showing total revenue, expenses and net income, broken down by property or by month.
- Check your collection rate and see who still owes — See this month's collections, the percent of billed rent collected, overdue tenants and who owes the most, right from Home and Tenants.
- Tenant reports - payment history, tenant directory and balances — Generate a Payment History by Tenant, a Tenant Directory with contact details, or a Tenant Summary of unpaid bills and balances per tenant.
- Download a report as CSV or save it as a PDF — Turn any BoardHub report into a CSV file for Excel or Google Sheets, or print it and save as PDF for your records, accountant or BIR.
