BoardHub can tell you the moment something needs you: a tenant sends a payment proof, reports a repair, or someone reserves a room. You decide which alerts interrupt you, and how.
Step by step
- Open My Account (sidebar on a computer, or tap your profile card at the top of More on a phone).
- Scroll to the Notifications section.
- Tap Enable on the "Get notified instantly" card to turn on push alerts for this device. Allow notifications when your browser asks.
- For each alert, use the Email and Push switches to choose how it reaches you.
- Tap Save Preferences.

The alerts you can choose
- Tenant payments: a tenant submits a payment for approval.
- Maintenance requests: a tenant reports something broken.
- Reservations: someone reserves a room on your website.
- Unread messages: a digest of unread tenant messages, at most once every 6 hours.
When both switches are off, the alert shows as muted.
Common questions
Push says "Notifications are blocked". Your browser is blocking BoardHub. Allow notifications for boardhubph.com in your browser or phone settings, then reload the page.
Do I need to enable push on every device? Yes. Push is turned on per device, so tap Enable on each phone or computer you use.
Tip: Your in-app list of alerts lives under the bell at the top of the screen. Tap View all notifications to see everything, filter it, or Mark All Read.
Frequently asked questions
If I turn an alert off, do I lose the information?
No. Turning an alert off only stops the email or push. The item still shows in your dashboard and notifications list.
Can I turn off password reset and sign-in warning emails?
No. Password resets, new-device sign-in warnings and welcome emails are always on to protect your account.
