Automatic alerts for bills that are due soon or overdue
BoardHub checks your bills every day and alerts you when one is due within 3 days or already overdue, so no late payment slips past you.
Last updated
You don't have to remember every tenant's due date. BoardHub looks at your unpaid bills once a day and tells you which ones need attention.
What you get
- Bill due soon: a bill is due within the next 3 days.
- Overdue bill: a bill is past its due date and still has a balance.
Each alert names the tenant, the bill type, the amount still owed and the due date. You get at most one alert per bill per day, so your bell doesn't fill up with repeats.
Where to see them
- Tap the bell at the top of the screen to see your latest alerts.
- Tap View all notifications for the full list.
- Use the filter to show only Due Alerts or Overdue.
- Tap Check Dues on the Notifications page any time you want BoardHub to look at your bills right now.

On your phone you can also go to More, then Notifications.
Turning the alerts off
The alerts are on by default. Pro accounts can switch them off under My Website, tab Automations & Email, with the Notify: Upcoming Due Bills and Notify: Overdue Bills switches. Tap Save Changes after.
Pro: The Automations & Email tab is part of My Website, which is a Pro feature. On Free, the alerts simply stay on.
Tips
- Alerts tell you who is late. To remind the tenant, use Tenants > Who Owes > Send Reminders.
- The Home screen shows the same picture at a glance in its Overdue and Due this week cards.
