Need a copy of your numbers outside BoardHub? Every report can be downloaded or printed in one tap.
Step by step
- Open Reports and generate the report you need (for example Monthly Income).
- For a spreadsheet, tap Download CSV at the top of the finished report.
- For paper or PDF, tap Print / PDF to open a print-ready version.
- In the print window, pick your printer, or choose Save as PDF to keep a digital copy.
Reports›Generate Report›Print / PDF
What you get
- CSV: one row per property, month, payment or tenant depending on the report, with totals where they apply. Good for your own spreadsheets or your accountant.
- Print / PDF: a clean page with your report title, the period it covers and the same tables you see on screen.
Other things you can print
- Tenants > Who Owes has its own Print button for a list of late tenants.
Tips
- Name your saved PDFs by month, like "Income-2026-10", so they're easy to find at tax time.
- On a phone, the print window may open in a new tab. If nothing appears, allow pop-ups for boardhubph.com and try again.
