What you'll see
Both reports open with three totals: Total Revenue, Total Expenses and Net Income.
- Monthly Income then lists each property with its revenue, expenses and net for that month.
- Yearly Income lists all twelve months with revenue, expenses and net income, plus a total row.
Revenue comes from payments, counted by the date they were paid. Expenses come from what you logged on the Expenses page.
Tips
- Record every expense with its Property so the per-property numbers are right.
- Run the Yearly Income report in January to see your whole past year at once.
- Need a copy for your records or your accountant? Use Download CSV or Print / PDF at the top of the report.
Tip: Your Home screen shows this month's collections and the percent of billed rent collected, without opening Reports.
