The two questions every landlord asks: how much have I collected, and who hasn't paid? BoardHub answers both without a spreadsheet.
On your Home screen
Open Home and look at the top card:
- [Month] collections shows how much you've collected so far this month.
- The bar under it shows the percent collected, for example "75% of ₱20,000 billed".
Further down, these cards fill in the details:
- Overdue: total overdue amount and how many tenants are late.
- Due this week: bills coming due soon, with a quick way to record a payment.
- Who owes the most: tenants with the biggest unpaid balances.
Tap Customize to rearrange or hide these cards.
