What you can do from the profile
- Record Payment: pay one or more of their bills, or take an advance.
- Create Bill: make a one-off bill just for this tenant.
- Add Historical Payment: enter an old month's bill and payment in one step, handy when moving from a notebook.
- View Bills: open the Bills page filtered to this tenant.
- Update Personal Information: edit contact details, birthdate, guardian, emergency contact, social links and notes.
What happens next
When something is unpaid, an orange Unpaid Bills note shows how many months of rent are due and the total. It clears on its own as payments are recorded.
Tips
- Each bill or payment row has a menu for editing or deleting it. Deleting a payment adjusts its bill's paid amount automatically.
- You can also get to a profile from Rooms: tap a room, then tap a tenant's name.
- Need it on paper? Ask BoardHub AI for the tenant by name, then tap Print statement.
Pro: On Pro, the profile also has a Messages panel to chat with the tenant directly.
Frequently asked questions
Why don't I see paid bills on the profile?
The Bills list on the profile shows only unsettled bills, so you see what is still owed. Paid months appear in Payment History, and on the Bills page with the status filter.
