Step by step
- Tap Ask BoardHub AI.
- Type the payment in one line, for example "Juan 850 for October GCash" or "Ana paid 3000 cash". Add the reference number if there is one.

What happens next
BoardHub records the payment, updates the bills and shows a table of the Updated bills. Tap Print receipt to print or save it, or Open Payments to see it in your list.
How it reads your message
- No method mentioned? It assumes Cash. Say GCash, Maya, bank or check if it was different.
- No month mentioned? The money goes to the oldest unpaid bill first.
- No date mentioned? It uses today.
- A month with no bill yet shows as "(new bill)" and is created when you confirm.
- Money beyond what's owed shows as Advance credit.
Tips
- Changed your mind about a detail? Just type it, like "make it 900" or "GCash pala". A new card replaces the old one.
- Typing "yes" or "sige" doesn't save anything. It brings back the card's buttons so you can tap Record payment.
- You can also say it out loud with the 🎤 button.
Tip: The card is valid for 30 minutes. If it times out, tap Refresh card for a new one with today's balances.
