BoardHub AI confirmation cards: nothing changes until you tap
Every change BoardHub AI prepares, from payments to bills and reminders, appears as a card you must confirm. Learn the buttons, statuses and 30-minute limit.
Last updated
BoardHub AI never changes your records on its own. Whenever it's about to do something, it shows a confirmation card first, and you decide.
Which actions use a card
Recording a payment (Record payment), generating bills (Create bills), sending reminders (Send reminders), recording an expense (Record expense), messaging a tenant on Pro (Send message), updating a repair (Update request) and sending a support ticket (Send ticket).
Step by step
- Ask BoardHub AI to do something, like "Generate this month's bills".
- Read the card marked Please confirm: the details and, where it matters, a table of exactly what will change.
- Tap the confirm button, which is named for the action, such as Create bills.
- Or tap Cancel to drop it, or the pencil button to change a detail.

What happens next
After you confirm, the card shows Done and BoardHub AI replies with the result. Other statuses you may see:
- Cancelled: you said no. Nothing changed.
- Replaced by a newer card: you changed a detail, and a fresh card took its place.
- Timed out: cards last 30 minutes. A countdown appears in the last 10 minutes.
- Didn't go through: something failed. Tap Try again.
Tips
- On a timed-out or cancelled card, tap Refresh card for a new one with today's numbers, since balances may have changed.
- Typing "yes", "confirm", "sige" or "go" brings the buttons back. You still tap to save.
- Typing "cancel" or "huwag" cancels the waiting card.
Tip: The note under the chat box says it plainly: BoardHub AI only sees your account, and it asks before changing anything.
Frequently asked questions
I typed yes but nothing was saved. Why?
On purpose. Typing yes, confirm or sige brings the card's buttons back; only tapping the confirm button saves the change.
Can a card run twice if I tap fast?
No. Once confirmed, the card shows Done, and a second tap is refused.
