Busy with your hands full? Talk to BoardHub AI instead of typing. It understands English, Filipino and Bisaya, and you check the words before anything is sent.
Step by step
- Tap Ask BoardHub AI.
- Tap the 🎤 mic button in the chat box. Allow the microphone if your phone asks.
- Speak while you see Listening… and the timer. For example: "Juan paid eight fifty for October, GCash."
- Tap the red stop button when you're done. Recordings stop by themselves at one minute.
- Wait while it shows "Writing down what you said…", then check the text in the box and fix any mistakes.
- Tap send.

What happens next
BoardHub AI answers as if you had typed it. If your message asks for a change, like recording a payment, you'll still get a confirmation card to tap.
Tips
- Speak close to the phone in a quiet spot. If it couldn't hear you, it asks you to try again.
- BoardHub AI reads voice messages generously. "Eight fifty" becomes 850 and "gee cash" becomes GCash.
- Keep each recording under a minute. Say one thing at a time for the best results.
Tip: Voice is just a faster way to type. Anything that changes your records still waits on a confirmation card until you tap its button.
Frequently asked questions

It says to allow the microphone. What do I do?
