BoardHub AI is included on both plans, with a daily allowance of messages.
The limits
- Free: 20 messages a day
- Pro: 200 messages a day
Each message you send counts as one, whether typed or spoken. Questions, statements and follow-ups like "make it 900" all count. Answers, cards and button taps don't.
Step by step: check how many you have left
- Tap Ask BoardHub AI.
- Look under the BoardHub AI title at the top of the chat. It shows, for example, "14 of 20 messages left today".

What happens next
When you've used them all, BoardHub AI tells you and stops answering until midnight, when the count resets. Everything else in BoardHub keeps working normally.
Tips to make messages go further
- Put everything in one message: "Juan 850 for October GCash, ref 1234" instead of three separate ones.
- Ask combined questions: "Who owes the most and remind them".
- Use the screens for things you check all the time, like Who Owes on Tenants or the status filter on Bills, and save the AI for the quick stuff.
- Sending messages very quickly can briefly pause the chat. Wait a moment and try again.
Pro: Need more? Pro raises the limit to 200 messages a day, plus unlimited rooms and tenants, for ₱149 a month or ₱1,428 a year.

When do my messages refresh?
Every day at midnight. The count starts fresh each day, and unused messages don't carry over.
Do taps on Confirm count as messages?
No. Tapping a card's confirm or Cancel button isn't a message. Each message you send counts.
