BoardHub AI is a chat assistant inside your dashboard. Ask it anything about your boarding house the way you'd text a helper, and it answers from your real records.
Step by step
- Tap Ask BoardHub AI in the sidebar. On a phone, tap the AI button on the bottom bar.
- Tap a suggestion under Try asking, or type your own question.
- Read the answer, plus any tables, cards or buttons below it.
- If it prepared a change, check the card and tap the button to confirm it.

Things you can ask
- "Pending payments this month" or "Sino pa ang hindi nakabayad?"
- "How's my business this month?" for billed vs collected, occupancy, expenses and net income
- "Which rooms are vacant?"
- "What needs fixing?" for open repair requests
- A tenant's name, like "Juan", for their full statement with print buttons
- "How do I approve a GCash payment?" for step-by-step guides

What happens next
Questions are answered straight away. For any change, BoardHub AI shows a confirmation card, and nothing is saved until you tap its button.

Can BoardHub AI see other landlords' data?
No. It only sees your own account, and it refuses questions about anyone else's.
Can it add tenants or change my rooms?
No. Add tenants on the Tenants page and edit rooms on the Rooms page. BoardHub AI can show you how.
