How to upgrade to BoardHub Pro
Upgrade inside BoardHub by paying with GCash, Maya or bank transfer and submitting your proof. Pro switches on once the payment is verified.

Upgrading takes about five minutes: send the payment, submit your proof, and the BoardHub team switches your account to Pro.
Step by step
- Open the Upgrade page. On your phone, tap More, then Upgrade to Pro. On a computer, open My Account and tap Upgrade to Pro, or tap any locked Pro feature.
- Choose Monthly or Yearly · 1 month FREE.
- Under Step 1 · Send your payment, pick GCash, Maya or Bank Transfer and send the exact amount shown.
- Under Step 2 · Submit proof of payment, enter the Reference / Transaction Number or upload a Receipt Screenshot, or both.
- Tap Submit for Verification.

What happens next
The page changes to "Payment pending verification" with your amount, reference and the time you submitted. The BoardHub team checks it, usually within the day.
When it's approved, you get a "Welcome to Pro!" notification and email. Refresh or reopen BoardHub so every Pro feature appears, including Bookings, Messages and My Website. The badge in My Account changes to PRO.
If your payment is rejected
You'll get a notification saying it couldn't be verified, with the reason. Open the Upgrade page again: it shows "Your last payment could not be verified" and the reason. Fix the details and submit again.
Tips
- You can only have one pending request at a time. Wait for it to be checked before sending another.
- Copy the account number with the copy button beside it so there are no typos.
