How much Pro costs
Pro is ₱149 a month, or ₱1,428 a year (₱119 a month). The yearly plan adds 1 month free, so you get 13 months of Pro.
Step by step: check how close you are to a limit
- Open Properties, Rooms or Tenants.
- Look at the usage meter at the top of the page. It shows how many you have and your plan's limit.
- If you're at the limit, tapping Add opens an upgrade window instead of the form.

Frequently asked questions
Do moved-out tenants count toward the 15-tenant limit?
No. Only active tenants count. When you set a tenant to Moved, their slot frees up for a new boarder.
What happens if my Pro plan expires?
Nothing is deleted. Your account goes back to Free limits. You can still see everything, but you need Pro again to add more than Free allows.
