Can't add more rooms, tenants or boarding houses
Seeing "You've reached your room limit"? Free allows 1 boarding house, 10 rooms and 15 active tenants. Here's how to free a slot or upgrade.

What you see
You tap Add Tenant, add a room or add a property, and a box appears saying "You've reached your tenant limit" (or room or property limit), with "Your Free plan includes ... you're using ...".
On the Properties, Rooms and Tenants pages, the usage meter at the top turns red, for example Rooms 10/10.
Why it happens
The Free plan includes 1 boarding house, 10 rooms and 15 active tenants. Once you reach a limit, BoardHub won't add another until you free up a slot or move to Pro. This also happens if your Pro plan has ended and your account is back on Free.
How to fix it
- Look at the meter at the top of the page to see which limit you've hit.
- For tenants: open Tenants, edit anyone who has left, set Status to Moved, and tap Save Changes. Only Active tenants count.
- For rooms and boarding houses, every one you've added counts, so check for test entries or duplicates you no longer need.
- Need more room to grow? Tap Upgrade to Pro in the limit box and follow the payment steps.
- After your upgrade is approved, refresh or reopen BoardHub, then add your room or tenant again.

Tips
- The meter turns amber when you're at 80% of a limit, so you get a heads-up before you're full.
- When Pro ends, nothing is deleted. You can still see and use everything you already have; only adding more is limited.
- Marking a tenant Moved keeps their payment history, so you're not losing any records.
