BoardHub AI isn't answering or shows an error

Fixes for BoardHub AI errors: daily message limit reached, a confirm card that timed out, a temporary snag, or the assistant being switched off.

What you see

You open Ask BoardHub AI and get no answer, or one of these messages:

Daily limit: Free includes 20 messages a day and Pro includes 200. Once used up, BoardHub AI waits until midnight.
Timed-out card: action cards, like recording a payment, expire after 30 minutes so they never use old numbers.
A snag: the AI service had a temporary problem.
Switched off: BoardHub AI has been paused for everyone for a while.
No internet: the message couldn't be sent.

Check the top of the BoardHub AI panel for how many messages you have left today.
If you've hit the limit, wait until midnight, or upgrade to Pro for 200 messages a day.
If a card timed out, tap Refresh card to get a fresh one with today's numbers, then tap its button again (for example Record payment).
If you see "hit a snag", wait a moment and send your message again.
Check your internet connection, then refresh or reopen BoardHub.
Still stuck? Do the task by hand from the menu, and send a support request from the Support tab in the same panel. Include the "ref" code if you got one.

Ask BoardHub AISupport

BoardHub AI never records a payment or sends reminders until you tap the button on its card, like Record payment or Send reminders.
Short, specific messages work best, for example "Juan 850 for October GCash".

Free includes 20 messages a day and Pro includes 200. The count refreshes at midnight.

The top of the BoardHub AI panel shows how many messages you have left today.
