BoardHub app not updating or showing old information
Installed BoardHub looks old, or a screen shows stale data? Check your version, tap Check for updates, and refresh or reopen the app to fix it.

What you see
- A feature you've heard about isn't there yet.
- A screen shows old numbers, or something you just changed hasn't appeared.
- You upgraded to Pro but the Pro pages still look locked.
Why it happens
BoardHub installed on your phone keeps a copy of the app so it opens fast. Usually it updates itself, but sometimes it keeps showing the version you opened earlier until you update or reopen it. A screen that's been open a long time can also show data from when you first opened it.
How to fix it
- When you see the New BoardHub update banner at the top, tap Update.
- Or check by hand: tap More and scroll to App version & updates. It shows your version number.
- Tap Check for updates. If it says Update ready, tap Update now.
- If it says Up to date but a screen still looks old, pull down on the page to refresh it.
- Still old? Close BoardHub fully and open it again. On a computer, refresh the browser tab.

Tips
- "Couldn't check. Are you online?" means your phone has no internet right now. Connect and try again.
- Just upgraded to Pro? Refresh or reopen BoardHub once after the approval notification and the Pro pages will unlock.
- If you dismissed the update banner with the X, it won't show again for that version. Use Check for updates instead.
Frequently asked questions
Will updating sign me out?
No. Updating takes a few seconds and keeps you signed in.
Does BoardHub update by itself?
It checks for a new version in the background, about every 10 minutes and whenever you come back to the app. When one is ready, a New BoardHub update banner appears.
