Your BoardHub account is free to make and takes about a minute. All you need is your name, an email address you can open, and a password.
Step by step
- Go to boardhubph.com and tap Start free, or open the sign-in page and tap Create a free account.
- Type your full name, for example Juan Dela Cruz.
- Type your email address and choose a password. Tap the eye icon to check what you typed.
- Tap Create Free Account.

What happens next
BoardHub signs you in right away and starts a short setup: you pick a plan, add your brand details, then see a quick walkthrough. Everyone starts on Free, which covers 1 boarding house, 10 rooms, 15 tenants and 20 BoardHub AI messages a day. If you pick Pro during setup, you finish the payment on the upgrade page after the walkthrough.
Tips
- Use an email you check often. Password resets and important notices go there.
- Forgot your password later? On the sign-in page tap Forgot password? and BoardHub emails you a reset link.
- Your tenants never create accounts here. You add them, and they sign in through the Tenant Portal.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. The Free plan needs no card and has no expiry. You only pay if you choose to upgrade to Pro later.
I'm a tenant. Do I create an account here?
No. Tenants don't sign up. Your landlord adds you and sets your portal password, then you sign in at the Tenant Portal.
