How to give a tenant access to the Tenant Portal
Let tenants see their bills and send GCash or Maya proof online. Add their email, set a portal password, and they sign in at boardhubph.com/tenant-portal.

The Tenant Portal is your tenants' own login. They see their bills, pay you by GCash or Maya and send proof, report repairs, and print receipts, without messaging you every time.
Before you start
The tenant needs an email address on their record. That's what they sign in with.
Step by step
- Open Tenants and tap the pencil icon on the tenant (or set this while using Add Tenant).
- Make sure the Email field has their correct email.
- Scroll to Portal Access and type a starting password in Portal Password. Tap the eye icon to check it.
- Tap Save Changes (or Add Tenant).
- Tell the tenant to open boardhubph.com/tenant-portal, enter their email, tap Continue, then type the password and tap Access My Account.

What happens next
On their first sign-in, the tenant is asked to Set Your Password, a personal one of at least 8 characters, so only they know it. After that, BoardHub shows "Tenant has set their own password" on their record. Once they enter their email, the sign-in screen greets them with your business name, so they know they're in the right place.
Tips
- Share the starting password privately, such as by text, never in a group chat.
- Tenants can install the portal on their phone like an app and get reminders before rent is due.
- If a tenant forgets their password, they can tap Forgot password? on the sign-in screen, or you can set a new one.
Tip: New tenants with an email usually get a welcome message with the portal link when you add them, so they know where to go.
