Show live room availability and take reservations online
Show available rooms on your website, let visitors reserve or join a waitlist, then confirm or decline each request from Bookings. A Pro feature.

Let people reserve a bed from your website, even at 11 PM. Your rooms list updates itself from your BoardHub data, so you never post "fully booked" by mistake.

Step by step
- Open My Website, then Website Builder, then Rooms & Reservations.
- Switch on Show room availability on my website.
- Switch on Show monthly rates publicly if you want rates shown. Leave it off to share rates privately.
- Under Reservation Mode, choose Approval (recommended) or Instant reserve.
- Tap Save Page. Make sure Published is on.

Approval or Instant?
- Approval (recommended): requests wait for you to confirm or decline. Safest if you also take walk-ins.
- Instant reserve: the room is marked Reserved the moment a visitor books it. You finalize the move-in.
Handling requests
- Open Bookings (under Grow on a computer, or More on your phone).
- Check the Pending tab. Each request shows the visitor's name, contact details, room and message.
- Tap Confirm, then Confirm Reservation. If they picked a room, it's marked Reserved.
- Or tap Decline and add a short reason.
Visitors who left an email are notified either way. The Waitlist tab holds people who signed up while you were full, and History keeps past requests.
Tips
- Keep each room's status up to date in Rooms. That's what the website shows.
- The numbers at the top of Bookings show page views, chats started, reservation requests and how many you confirmed.
Frequently asked questions
What happens when I'm fully booked?
Visitors can join your waitlist. When a room opens up, everyone on the waitlist is emailed so they can reserve quickly.
Do visitors pay when they reserve?
No. A reservation is a request with their name and contact details. You decide who moves in.
What if I don't act on a request?
Pending requests expire after 7 days with no action. In Instant reserve mode, a held room is released if you don't finalize the move-in within 48 hours.
