White-label means your tenants and visitors see your boarding house's name and look, not ours. It makes your business feel established.

Where your brand shows up
- Your public website. The Default (Brand Colors) website theme uses your brand colours automatically.
- The tenant portal sign-in screen and the portal itself.
- Emails BoardHub sends your tenants, such as payment reminders.
Tips
- Use a square logo with a plain background so it looks sharp at small sizes.
- Pick colours with good contrast so text stays easy to read on phones.
- Customise the welcome email tenants receive under Automations & Email, including a Send Test button to preview it.
Frequently asked questions
Where will tenants see my brand?
On your website, on the tenant portal sign-in screen and in the portal itself, and in emails BoardHub sends your tenants, like payment reminders.
Can tenants reply to those emails?
If you add a Contact Email on the Contact & Legal tab, replies to those emails go to that address.
