How to renew BoardHub Pro
Pro doesn't charge you automatically. Here's how to renew Pro with GCash, Maya or bank transfer and keep your website, messaging and unlimited rooms.
Last updated
Pro runs for the period you paid for: 1 month on Monthly, or 13 months on Yearly. Because you pay by GCash, Maya or bank transfer, nothing renews by itself. My Account shows the date your Pro is paid until.
Step by step
- When your Pro period ends, your account goes back to Free limits and the badge in My Account changes from PRO to FREE. Nothing is deleted.
- Open Upgrade to Pro (on your phone: More, then Upgrade to Pro; on a computer: My Account, then Upgrade to Pro).
- Choose Monthly or Yearly · 1 month FREE.
- Send the payment and submit your reference number or receipt screenshot.
- Tap Submit for Verification and wait for the approval notification.

Tips
- Renewing on the Yearly plan gives you 13 months for ₱1,428, cheaper than paying monthly.
- Your website's room list, reservations and AI concierge pause while you're on Free, so renew promptly if you rely on bookings.
Frequently asked questions
Will BoardHub charge me automatically?
No. There's no card on file and no automatic charge. Pro lasts for the time you paid for, then you renew by paying again.
Do I lose days if I renew early?
No. When a renewal is approved while Pro is still active, the new time is added on top of the time you have left.
